Hi Stef,

I couldn't resist passing on this website either, Stef. I think you and many others on the forum would like this. She's a Chinese-American that I stumbled upon some months back before she embarked on her blog and website. A truly inspirational young girl and superbly-written articles and excellent quality material. I have no hesitation in recommending her blog site for positive ways of changing how you think and view the world and your place in it! Take a peek.

I hope you and others enjoy the site, and keep up the positive postings, we need reminding of how great life can be! :)

And if you're looking for a good read on mindset and how to feel totally comfortable with where you are in life, then a great fairly new book written by Martha Borst could be for you. It's titled 'How Your Survival Strategies are Killing you'. Written by an ex-marathon runner who was struck with arthritis at the tender age of 19 and has struggled to walk since, but has become an influential life coach, and now managed to turn what she felt was a curse, into something positive! A great lesson in 'accepting' with the words 'what is, is'. Amazing book, and so well written. It's available on Amazon.
